PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ideal vehicle having advantages of an electric minicar and characteristics of an electric wheelchair capable of moving just beside and turning around on a spot. SOLUTION: Lifts 2 for raising and lowering an electric wheelchair 3 that symmetrically go up and down are provided to an electric minicar body 1 and the axle of the electric wheelchair 3 moving just beside and turning around on the spot is fitted into the axle receiving portions of the lifts.
