PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for traveling over level differences that is simply structured and is capable of safely traveling over level differences. SOLUTION: This device for traveling over level differences comprises a support leg 53 mounted on a frame 51 and supporting the frame 51, and a pedal 59 made up of an arm 55 provided in the frame 51 and movable vertically with respect to the frame 51 and rotatable inside a horizontal surface, and a fulcrum 57 provided in the end side of rotation of the arm 55 and projecting toward a floor F.
