PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist spraying device with which the user can easily spray a mist upon its leg. SOLUTION: This mist spraying device is constituted in such a way that an air blowing section 7 and an atomizing section 8 are provided in the device body 1 of the device provided with a leg inserting section 2. In addition, an ionizing section 21 which electrostatically charges the mist through discharge is provided near the outlet 18 of a mist passage 19 formed from the atomizing section 8 to the air outlet 18 facing the leg inserting section 2. When the user inserts its leg into the section 2 and starts the atomizing section 8, the water W in the section 8 is atomized into mist and the mist is ionized into negative ions in the ionizing section 21 through the passage 19. The ionized mist is blown into the section 2 from the air outlet 18 and fills up the section 2.
