PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide leader pincers which can quickly, surely and tightly bind a fishing gut to a fishhook and cut an excessive fishing gut portion. SOLUTION: The leader pincers only for leaders is provided by forming inward slightly curved clipping portions 4, 4 at the tips of both openable holding pieces 1, 1 through a spring 3 and disposing gripping portions 6, 6 and cutting blade portions 7, 7 in the upper and lower side portions, respectively, in the inside edge portions of the clipping portions 4, 4.
