PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing line-winding device capable of easily and rapidly winding up the fishing line. SOLUTION: In a fishing line-winding device equipped with a spool having a line-winding part for winding up a fishing line, a holding material for holding the spool from one side to be relatively freely rotatable and a recessed operation part for operating the rotation by fitting a finger, a protrusion part is installed in the recessed operation part to prevent sipping off of the finger.
