PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored clear-colored stainless steel sheet having a stabilized hue. SOLUTION: This sheet is prepared by forming a colored clear-coating film having a thickness of 0.3-3μm on the surface of a stainless steel sheet subjected to a formation treatment. The stainless steel sheet surface subjected to a formation treatment is coated with a clear coating material containing 0.1-10 mass % coloring pigment and/or dye in a dry film thickness of 0.3-3μm, and the wet film is baked.
