PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concave eye-type bird-injury-proof gear enabling eye sight lines to be altered by the use of a concave portion as a part of a sphere in view of the fact that conventional eye-type bird-injury-proof gears have been unable to alter their eye sight lines receiving watching, thus injurious birds have become insensitive to such gears and their effect as bird-injury-proof gears has declined. SOLUTION: This concave eye-type bird-injury-proof gear is characterized by the following construction: a black eye part (2) is set at the bottom of the inner side concave part (1) of a concave eye part (3) as a half part made by dividing a hollow spherical body in two; an eye outer peripheral part (7) is fixed on the upper outer periphery of the concave part (1) of the concave eye part (3); two of the resultant concave eye parts (3) are put side by side and fixed onto a stand (4); as described above, the black eye parts (2) are set inside and deep of the eye outer peripheral parts (7).
