An agent type license managing system (1) for performing license management for the use of a license management object on the basis of execution of an agent object transmitted from a server through communication lines (6 and 7). The server comprises seed generating means (215) for generating a seed (101) as an agent object necessary to use the license management object, and license managing means (216) for performing license management on the basis of the transmission of the seed (101) generated by the seed generating means (215) to the license management object. In the seed (101) transmitted to the license management object, a logic program consumed when the license management object used is incorporated. |
