PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible fungus classified as Basidiomycete that has the shape of a fruit body and is dried and sterilized. SOLUTION: This invention relates to an edible basidiomycete that has the shape of a fruit body and is dried with a moisture content of 2-9 wt.% and sterilized and a method for sterilizing the dried edible basidiomycete in which the fruit body is charged in a vessel and tightly sealed, after deaeration or without deaeration, and sterilized with pressurized steam. |
