PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a lesion part in detail immediately after excising the lesion part by an EMR device. SOLUTION: A probe 56 with a high frequency snare 50 and an OCT probe 140 integrated is inserted through a forceps port 11 of an endoscope 10, and the insert part tip of the endoscope 10 is guided to a lesion part to excise the protuberant lesion part 1 in a body cavity with the high frequency snare 50. After excision, radial scan by a signal light Ls generated in an optical cross-sectional image acquiring part 100, and the movement of a reference light mirror 131 are repeated by the OCT probe brought close to the high frequency snare 50, to acquire the cross-sectional information of the trace of the lesion part 1. An image is formed on the basis of the acquired cross-sectional image to confirm the trace of the lesion part 1. |
