METHOD FOR ADHERING PLASTIC FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a crater-like recess may exist on a surface of a conventional prepreg sheet and when a plastic film is laminated on the sheet, the recess becomes a foam in the form as it is and remains. SOLUTION: A method for adhering the plastic film comprises the steps of passing the prepreg sheet 11 between a first pair of heating rolls 13 set to prescribed temperature and pressure to melt a resin in the sheet 11 to embed the recess existing on the surface of the sheet with molten resin, smoothing the surface of the sheet, then disposing a second plastic film 22 in the form of sandwiching the film 2 between the front surface and the rear surface of the sheet 11, passing the film between a second pair of heating rolls 14 set to prescribe temperature and pressure to thereby adhere the film 22 to the sheet 11.
