PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board made of fiber being excellent as a floor heating material or the like as a tatami floor material and an easy disposal by considering a difficulty in case of discarding a synthetic resin foamed plate used as a conventional tatami floor material or the like and cost, a method for manufacturing the same and a molding machine. SOLUTION: The board 1 made of the fiber comprises an upper pressurizing plate 3 and a lower pressurizing plate 4 for pressurizing an object from front and rear surfaces, a first molding bar group disposed in the upper and lower pressurizing plates, a second molding bar group for housing molding bars at an intermediate part of the respective molding bards of the first molding bar group, a fiber layer disposed between the first group and the second group to be moldable in a substantially waveform shape, fiber layers A and B disposed outward of the first and second groups, and through holes 2 formed by removing the bars between the waveform fiber layers C. The method for manufacturing the board 1, and the molding machine are provided.
