PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable contact lens container which has convenient structure with a part kept in a clean condition to store contact lenses. SOLUTION: Lens containing parts 91a, 91b of this contact lens container 90 are tightly sealed by a laminated film in an unused condition. When contact lenses 99 are stored in the container 90, the laminated film 92 is peeled off and then preserving liquid 94 is filled in lens containing parts 91a, 91b and right and left contact lenses 99r and 991 in a single body condition are dipped therein. The curvature r1 of the bottom faces of the lens containing parts 91a, 91b are made larger than the curvature rf of the lens surface or the curvature rb of the lens backside. Thus spaces OP1 are formed in between the dipped contact lenses 99r, 99l and the bottoms of the lens storage parts 91a, 91b respectively regardless of either the surface or the back side of a lens is in contact with the bottom face of the lens containing parts 91a, 91b.
