SOLUTION: A representation control means 80 receives information on the input number and the delivery number of medals by an information receiving means 81, acquires a difference number information value of the whole preset values with every game by a difference number information value acquiring means 82, judges whether or not the difference number information value becomes an unsatisfied state from a state of exceeding a prescribed reference value by a difference number information value judging means 83, decides whether or not a game is a game capable of discriminating a present preset value by a preset value discriminating game deciding means 84 on the basis of this judging result, and controls so as to output the representation of the effect of being the game capable of discriminating the present preset value by a representation output control means 86 when decided as being the game capable of discriminating the present preset value. Thus, the representation control means 80 sets the game capable of discriminating the present preset value without obtaining information on the preset values from a game control means 60, and can output the representation.
