PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin, portable vibration sound generation apparatus wherein a flat vibration motor and an electromagnetic electroacoustic transducer are united by causing them to hold a magnet in common and wherein a coil for vibration and a coil for sound generation are separately installed. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic electroacoustic transducer is constructed by arranging a vibration plate 17 and an eccentric rotor 22 having a flat armature coil 20 integrally formed therewith at the different sides of a field magnet 12; forming a magnetic circuit with a first yoke 14 in tight contact with the homopolar inner periphery of one side of the field magnet and a cylindrical driving magnetic pole 21 arranged at the central axis; fixing an annular coil 16 for sound around the driving magnetic pole 21; forming a magnetic gap with a second yoke 15 in tight contact with the other side of the field magnet 12 and the end of the driving magnetic pole 21; and arranging an armature 18 made of a magnetic substance and fixed to the central part of the vibration plate 17 parallel at the vicinity of the magnetic gap.
