PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite porous structure which has good bioabsorbability, strength and excellent biocompatibility and is capable of inducing osteogenesis to regenerate a bone. SOLUTION: In this structure, a hydroxyapatite layer is provided on the surface of micropores of a polymer compound composite porous structure on which, inside and on the surface of one of polymer compound porous structures, the other polymer compound porous structure composed of a polymer compound different from that of the above polymer compound porous structure is formed.
