PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device with high sensitivity to detect information such as a blood stream velocity by preventing the saturation of reception signals which are added in a delay addition arithmetic part 37 even with a comparatively large cross talk signal and enhancing the gain of a pre-amplifier 36. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device generates a scanning line signal having information of a reflection ultrasonic wave which is reflected on a prescribed scanning line extending to an examinee, extracts a Doppler signal having information of the reflection ultrasonic wave which is Doppler-shifted in frequency inside the examinee and displays an image based on the Doppler signal. In the device, the delay addition arithmetic part 37 performs addition in delay concerning a continuous wave driving signal being an output from a transmission wave generating part 45 or a delay arithmetic part 46 together with reception signals.
