PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-fixing device capable of sufficiently increasing the size of a head which can be fixed in spite of using the same head coil as a conventional one. SOLUTION: The device has a base part 131 which mounts the head of a patient, forms a space for housing at least a part of the mounted head and consists of a flexible member and a shape adjusting means 160 for adjusting the shape of the space for housing the head by deforming the part 131 by applying external force to the part 131 by connecting parts 161 and 162 to be screwed with a rotator 163 by rotating the rotator 163 with a hand, etc.
