PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-tunnel fire-extinguishing system with a robot for a fire. SOLUTION: This in-tunnel fire-extinguishing system has a travel control means traveling the robot for the fire toward a fire-occurring position on the basis of information supplied from a fire information means, stopping the robot in a prescribed position on rails near the fire-occurring position; a detection means detecting a direction and a distance to the fire-occurring position from the stop position; a emission direction control means deciding a direction to which a fire extinguishing agent is emitted; and an emission means emitting the fire extinguishing agent to the emission direction decided by the emission direction control means.
