PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an MIT filter with a short excessive response period by performing initialization after suppressing more the increase of hardware compared with the conventional manner concerning an ultrasonic diagnostic device for obtaining blood stream information in a living body by the use of an ultrasonic Doppler method and adopting it as diagnostic information. SOLUTION: An A/D converter 107 generates sampling data corresponding to a signal level and a set reference voltage. The reference voltage of the A/D converter is set to a prescribed initial reference voltage before a first-time sampling for sampling a signal obtained by a first-time exchange among the ultrasonic wave exchanges, sampling data obtained by the first-time sampling is set as an initial value in memory registers 3 and 4 and, then, the voltage is set to a prescribed normal reference voltage.
