A method of providing useful connection information to an inquiring node, about neighboring nodes and the services andd evice types they can access, in an ad-hoc communication system. The method provides for special or modified access codes that first, informs neighboringnodes of the service or device type the inquiring node wishes to receive information aobut, and secondly, forces the neighboring node that responds to provide useful connection information, through a variety of methods, in a variety of means. |
