PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid for injecting fats and oils to a meat, containing not so much fat component in appearance, capable of improving food feeling of the meat by imparting fat to an obsolescent meat or a meat containing small amount of the fat, capable of being readily injected to the meat with good operability without causing plugging, or the like, of a needle of an injector. SOLUTION: This liquid for injecting the fats and oils to the meat is characterized in that the liquid contains 5-60 wt.% fats and oils having >=25 deg.C melting point and dispersed in an aqueous solution so as to form a dispersion containing the solid fats and oils having <=2 μm average particle diameter. |
