<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming a metallic pressurized cast part of non-ferrous metal or the like, with which the generation of remaining material in a molten metal pouring part can drastically be reduced. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for forming the metallic pressurized cast part of the non-ferrous metal or the like, a heating passage molten metal pouring system (13) is disposed at the front step of mold hollow members (16, 16a, 16b), and in this heating passage molten metal pouring system, hot molten metal is guided to just before the mold hollow chambers (16, 16a, 16b) in a hot chamber pressurized casting method, and can be held in the liquid state till the following casting. In this way, the solidified over-flow or remaining runner and pressing are avoided. Therefore, a new apparatus can extremely economically and accurately be operated.</p> |
