HIGH-GLOSS ALUMINUM PLATE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-gloss aluminum plate and a method of manufacturing the same at high productivity and stably. SOLUTION: This plate is the cold-rolled plate of aluminum whose surface roughness is 0.2<=Ra<=0.6μm, Rs>=0.03 mm, Pc (±0.05μm) <=250 piece/cm and the oil pits of 0.5-30μm size is distributed at the amount of distribution of <=5×103/mm2 on the surface of the aluminum plate. The aluminum plate is manufactured by performing finish cold-rolling with rolling rolls whose diameter is <=600 mm and the surface of which is finished by film polishing or kiss- roll grinding, using the rolling oil of 2-20 cSt in viscosity at the rolling speed of 100-1000 m/min and the working rate of 10-50%.
