PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to quickly and securely attach a frieze board for a table, etc., which is improved in attaching work conventionally using a complex mechanism. SOLUTION: In this frieze board attaching device for table, etc., both right and left end parts of a freeze board 7 are attached in between right and left side parts of a leg pole 5 with the base end fixed to the corner part of a leg attaching frame set on the backside part of the top plate. L-shape frames 10 are formed on the upper and lower end parts of the freeze board. One projecting part 12' of the horizontal part 12 of the almost T-shape attaching device 11 is fit into the inside of each end part of the frame 10. The vertical part 13 of the attaching device 11 is made abut on and screwed to 9 the leg pole 5.
