PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel capable of preventing warpage and twisting generated by moisture absorption, and having excellent creep resistance. SOLUTION: A medium-density fiber board is composed by adhering and integrating resin boards such as thermosetting resin laminated boards, fiber reinforced resin boards, etc., or low moisture permeable or non-permeable thin plates having rigidity such as soft aluminum plates, etc., on a surface and a back face. The medium-density fiber board or a woody board such as a particle board, etc., is used as a core material. A paper honeycomb is filled in a hollow part of the core material and then a surface material is adhered.
