PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stable rolling by reducing the inclination of rolls and to manufacture high-quality products by decreasing the vibration of the rolls in a rolling mill in which a hydraulic apparatus for performing roll balance or shape control of a rolled stock is built in a movable frame which is separately provided from a roll chock attached in each end part. SOLUTION: Inside the movable frame 10, 11, the hydraulic apparatus 12, 13 for performing the roll balance and the shape control of the rolled stock, a hydraulic apparatus 16, 17 for restraining by pressing the roll chock 4, 5 and the movable frame 10, 11 against a rolling stand 3 in the current direction of the rolled stock and a hydraulic apparatus 18, 19 for restraining by pressing the movable frame 10, 11 against the rolling stand 3 in the vertical direction are provided.
