PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health tool for further enhancing safety and obtaining reliability at using time while maintaining a characteristic of a previous application in the health tool using resistance when gripping and extending both end parts of a rubber tube. SOLUTION: The rubber tube being a body arranged between a grip 2 and a grip 3 is constituted as a double structure composed of an inner tube 12 and an outer tube 13, a covering coil 7 is arranged to be fitted around this outer tube 13, and both ends of this covering coil 7 are adhered and fixed to the grip 2 and the grip 3. Thus, at using time, the covering coil also extends and contracts together with the tube, and since the coil always covers the tube, the tube itself is free from external flaw and even if the tube suddenly ruptures, a user can be prevented from being repelled by the tube. |
