PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer medical care tube in which heat-resistance, flexibility and kink-resistance are set in a balanced manner to meet with requirements of various use conditions, or to provide a multilayer medical care tube having durability to high temperature sterilization such as autoclave sterilization and having improved kink-resistance. SOLUTION: This tube has an outer layer, an inner layer and a middle layer. The outer layer forms the outer surface of the tube, the inner layer forms a lumen in the tube, the middle layer is provided between the outer and inner layers and is composed of at least one layer. The outer and inner layers are respectively made of a styrene-based block copolymer resin and the middle layer is made of a polyolefinic resin. The tube consisting of the outer layer resin and the inner layer resin has a shrinkage percentage of less than 5% in an autoclave treatment at 105 deg.C for 20 minutes, the polyolefinic resin has a flexural modulus of not more than 1,000 kg/cm2 and a softening temperature of at least 50 deg.C. Middle layer rate, represented by the formula: ((cross-sectional area of middle layer)/(cross-sectional area of outer layer + cross-sectional area of inner layer)), in the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the tube is 9.0-0.95. |
