METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING KNEADED MIXTURE, KNEADED MIXTURE, MOLDING AND SINTERED MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneaded mixture obtained by sufficiently mixing a powder and a binder by constituting of a material containing the powder and the binder. SOLUTION: The kneaded mixture is manufactured by kneading the material containing the powder and the binder. The kneading is conducted by giving a kneading energy of 0.07 to 3.5 kWh per the material 1 L. The kneading is preferred by conducting at a temperature of a softening point or higher of the binder or a temperature of a melting point or higher. A content of the powder in the material is preferred to be 50 to 95 vol.%. A mean particle size of the powder is preferred to be 2 to 1,200 μm.
