PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert mounting device for hanging and mounting a concrete structure capable of easily and surely fixing a clamping type insert to be embedded in the structure to a prescribed position of a mold for molding. SOLUTION: The insert mounting device for hanging and mounting the concrete structure comprises a clamping fitment 20 detachably mounted in an insert inserting hole 5 having a larger diameter than an outer diameter of the insert 10 for hanging and mounting. The fitment 20 has a clamping fitment body having male threads formed on an outer peripheral surface and engaged with female threads of the hole 5 provided in an outer frame 1, a screwing part 22 engaged with the female threads formed in a central hole of the insert body, and a flange 24 provided at an opposite side to the screwing part 22. Thus, the male threads formed on the body have the same pitch as that of the female threads formed on an inner peripheral surface of the body.
