PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording sheet suitable for use in outdoor and having excellent scuff resistance in a state in which an ink acceptive layer and a printed part are water resistant and wet while maintaining color developability and ink fixability without bleeding an image and excellent color reproducibility and light resistance. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording sheet comprises the ink acceptive layer provided on a base. The acceptive layer is formed by impregnating a layer containing a porous filler formed by coating and drying and a binder on the base with a water soluble cationic organic substance. The filler is 40 to 80 wt.% of a total solid content of the ink acceptive layer. |
