PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, low-cost device capable of automatically washing and rinsing a hollow container such as a glass. SOLUTION: This washer is provided with a motor 1; a rotating shaft 2 of the motor 1; a brush 6 rotated integrally with the rotating shaft 2; and clutch plates 8, 9 for turning on a power supply of the motor 1 by pressing the glass to one end of the rotating shaft 2 to slide the rotating shaft 2 upward. The internal wall and external wall of the glass 10 can be automatically washed at the same time only with simple operation of pushing up the rotating shaft 2 by the glass 10 without having complicated mechanical and electrical structure for water discharge or drainage.
