PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle training device capable of automatically setting amplitude of an electrostimulation signal to an optimum value causing the highest training efficiency. SOLUTION: This muscle training device 1 has a myoelectric detection means 3 detecting an electric signal generated by a muscle 8, and a muscle stimulation means 2 giving the electrostimulation signal according to the amplitude of the electric signal detected by the myoelectric detection means 3 to the muscle 8.
