PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-hanging device capable of hanging noodles so as not to cause scattering of thickness of noodle strips. SOLUTION: This noodle-hanging device is equipped with a machine frame 6, a slider crank mechanism 22 in which a supporting mechanism supported by the machine frame 6 so as to transfer a noodle feed pipe 21 inserted in the longitudinal direction in figure of 8 when viewed from longitudinal direction moves the feed pipe 21 in vertical direction, a swinging mechanism 28 for reciprocating a slider 26 of the slider crank mechanism 22 in right and left directions by a vertical crank 28a so as not to have difference of reciprocating period and an interlocking means 29 for interlocking the swinging mechanism 28 with a horizontal crank 28b of the slider crank mechanism 22.
