PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a marine product and seaweeds utilizing an ozone-mixed seawater as a highly efficient culturing water, a freshness retaining water and washing bactericidal water and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This method for culturing the seaweeds and marine products comprises using seawater having sterilizing and washing bacteridical power imparted thereto by mixing ozone in the seawater. The seaweeds and marine products are similarly filled in a container and a bag. The seaweeds and marine products are similarly subjected to cooking processing. The seaweeds and marine products are similarly subjected to freshness retention.
