摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extrusion for a biaxial extruder by which physical characteristics of a mixed polymer are improved and thermal deterioration and change in color of the polymer can be prevented from being generated and extrusion can be performed with low consumption of energy. SOLUTION: In the method for extrusion for the biaxial extruder in which two kinds of molten polymers or solid polymers with different melt viscosities are fed into the biaxial extruder with a screw having the first stage with a material feeding part and a melting part and the second and the third stages succeeding in the downstream side and having the same constitutions and are dispersed and mixed and extruded, the method for extrusion for the biaxial extruder is characterized by a constitution that at first, a polymer with a high viscosity is fed into the feeding part of the first stage and after it is melted, a liquefied gas which does not chemically react with the polymer and is easily vaporized is fed into the second stage to decrease the viscosity of the polymer with the high viscosity and a molten or solid polymer with a low viscosity is fed into the third stage and after both polymers are dispersed and mixed, the vaporized liquefied gas is deaerated in the downstream side.
