PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent depositions from being stuck in an exhaust gas conduit by controlling the temperature of the specified heating jacket in a plurality of heating jackets placed side by side in an integrally constituted heating chamber. SOLUTION: The temperature inside a hot air gas chamber 21d of a decomposition vessel 21 is adjusted by arranging a temperature adjusting means 41 on the heating jacket 40 and introducing cooling air of the amount necessary for adjusting the temperature (for lowering the temperature) into the chamber 21d.
