METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MINERAL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a freeze-than resistance of a mineral plate for building manufactured by an extrusion molding without depending upon excess coating. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a mineral plate comprises the steps of pressing down edges and its vicinity site of the mineral plate to be formed with a woodgrain groove part (2) later by cutting when a front surface of the extrusion molded mineral plate (1) is press molded by protrusions (4a) and (4b) of a mold (3), and allowing materials of pressed parts (5a) and (5b) to flow between the pressed parts to enhance a material density of the woodgrain groove part.
