The invention relates to a coiled sheet (B) of a roll (W). The aim of the invention is to improve the pulling effect of a roll such as a sand roller (6), a breast beam (5), or a cloth beam (7) in a weaving machine (3). The coiled sheet has an outer layer (11) that has a highly pulling effect, for example that has a high roughness, said outer layer (11) clinging to an inner layer (12) so as to secure its position. According to the invention, it is unnecessary to use an adhesive such as a glue. To this end, the inner layer (12) or the system (V) of the inner layer (12) and the outer layer (11) is highly rigid, especially in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction (arrow y) of the coiled sheet (B), thereby preventing ondulations from being produced at usual loads on the roll (W). |
