PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coculture support for animal fertilized ova, capable of easily observing the behavior of animal fertilized ova in a culture system and enabling both the adhesion and three-dimensional growth of the fertilized ova for the first time, and to provide a method for culturing animal fertilized ova using the support. SOLUTION: This coculture support for animal fertilized ova, which consists of a cell-integrated type three-dimensional tissue reconstruct, is intended to induce both the adhesion and three-dimensional growth of the animal fertilized ova through coculture with them. The other objective method for culturing animal fertilized ova is characterized by comprising charging a culture vessel with the coculture support to culture the animal fertilized ova.
