PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based soft sheet having excellent surface hardness, glossiness, transparency, softness, and surface appearance. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet has an inside layer and surface layers of both surface sides. The surface layers are composed by using a propylene- based polymer which is manufactured by using a metallocene catalyst, and has a durometer hardness of 60 or higher and a Q value of 1.5-3.5. The inside layer is composed by using an ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer which has an ethylene unit of 50-98 wt.%, a density of 0.860-0.910 g/cm3, and an MFR of 1-50 g/10 min., and is polymerized preferably by using the metallocene catalyst. As a result, the laminated soft sheet having a surface roughness of 25 nm or less, a tension modulus of 200 MPa or less, and a haze per 100μm thickness of 1.5% or less can be obtained.
