oil and gas producing industry, particularly, withdrawal of packer in major repairs of oil, gas and water wells. SUBSTANCE: included into withdrawing assembly are lower and upper centralizers, extensible mill cutter with cutters and bayonet lock for connection with packer. Components of withdrawing assembly are assembled, and assembly is lowered into well on pile string down to calculated depth. Dies of packer fixing mechanism are freed from clamping load on flow string in tension of pipe string and packer withdrawing from well. Point of cutting of bushing of packer fixing mechanism is defined more exactly and cutting is effected at 1-2 cm below dies of packer fixing mechanism. Pipe string is unloaded and bayonet lock is connected with a packer. Withdrawal of the packer from well is started from withdrawal of its upper part including dies and sealing member. Then, its lower end is withdrawn with the help of spear. EFFECT: higher efficiency of withdrawal of wedged packer by cutting of bushing of fixing mechanism for packer freeing from fixation. 2 dwg
