PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular silicone lens which is substantially soft, has the good stability in the eye, has high optical performance and has excellent biocompatibility as well. SOLUTION: The optical part or the optical part and supporting part of the lens consist of the substantially soft polymer obtd. by curing a compsn. contg. (a) a dimethyl siloxane-phenyl siloxane copolymer having vinyl groups at both terminals of a molecular chain and (b) polydiorganosilane having >=3 hydrosilyl groups in one molecule by specifying the ratio of (a) the vinyl groups in the component and (b) the hydrosilyl groups in the component to 1:2 to 1:10. |
