摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent plate thickness from the head part by calculating the reduction correcting quantity in next stand to make a first term so that the outlet side plate thickness deviation in next stand becomes zero based on the detected value of the outlet side plate thickness in one stand, calculating the outlet side plate thickness deviation in next stand from the rolling mill outlet side plate thickness result deviation of the stock rolled just before to make a learning term and executing rolling in next stand making the value obtained with the first term and the learning term added the reduction correcting quantity. SOLUTION: The outlet side plate thickness of the stand Fi is detected, the correcting quantity in next stand Fi+1 is temporarily calculated so that the outlet side plate thickness deviation in the stand Fi+1 becomes zero based on the detected value to make the first term until the chip end of the rolling stock is left from one stand Fi and bitten into next stand Fi+1 . The outlet side plate thickness deviation in next stand Fi+1 is calculated from the rolling small mill outlet side plate thickness result deviation of the stock rolled just before to make the learning term. The first term and the learning term are added. The rolling stock is rolled in next stand Fi+1 making the value obtained by adding the actual reduction correcting quantity.</p>
