<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a solidifying agent showing solidifying property equal to or above that in the case of using type II anhydrous gypsum by blending and mixing gypsum (dihydrate) with a hydraulic inorganic material to use gypsum (dihydrate) in place of type II gypsum anhydrate. CONSTITUTION:The solidifying agent, in which the concn. of gypsum (dihydrate) in the water contained in the wet gypsum (dihydrate) reaches saturation, is obtained by blending 5-20 pts.wt., based on the dry matter of gypsum, gypsum (dihydrate) containing 7-20% water and obtained as a by-product in wet process of phosphoric acid production or stack gas desulfurization process with 100 pts.wt. hydraulic inorganic material, obtained by adding high-early-strength or normal various Portland cements and a pozzolanic reaction material such as a slag or various materials for accelerating and assisting the reactivity of calcium aluminate, and mixing at the revolution number of 500-1500rpm for 30sec to 3min by a mixer such as Henshel mixer.</p> |
