medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining left ventricle dimensions, volumes and contractility and index of blood circulation through mitral valve. Each index is evaluated in points. The received data are used for evaluating index of systolic function of the left ventricle, index of local contractility disorders of the left ventricle, index of remodeling processes of the left ventricle. Mean value of the calculated indices is calculated. The value is used for evaluating myocardium state.
