PURPOSE:To provide the title beverage containing a Fomes japonicus ingredient, having efficacy on sustaining exercises, muscular labors and oxygen-consuming exercises, thus useful for marathon runners etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective beverage containing a Fomes japonicus ingredient; for example, such a beverage as to contain, in (A) 100ml of a Fomes japonicus drink, (B) 75-90ml of Homes japonicus extract (10 % hot water extract), (C) 5-5.5ml of reducing maltose, (D) 2.5-3.5 m[of an oligosaccharide, (E) 1-2.5ml of folic acid, (F) 1-2.5ml of vitamin C, (G) 1-2.5ml of vitamin B12, and (H) 1-2.5ml of iron ingredient. |
