PURPOSE: A mobile phone having an all-in-one microphone antenna is provided to make the all-in-one microphone antenna downwardly rotate in a front direction of the mobile phone, in the state of a small-sized microphone being built in an end of an antenna, so as to prevent antenna sensitivity loss and maintain a predetermined distance between a user's mouth and the microphone. CONSTITUTION: A speaker(20) is built in an upper part of a mobile phone(200). A keyboard(23) inputs numbers or characters. A liquid crystal display(22) installed between the speaker(20) and the keyboard(23) displays characters or messages. A flip(25) is rotatively opened to protect the keyboard(23). An antenna(21) comprises as follows. A small-sized microphone(211) converts a user's voice into an electrical voice signal. The microphone(211) is installed on an inner side of an end of the antenna(21). On the other end of the antenna(21), a rotating member(212) downwardly rotates the antenna(21) in a front direction of the mobile phone(200) as fixing the antenna(21) on the side of the mobile phone(200).
