PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for monitoring a safe state of an operational machine and a bas state of a product are provided to generate an alarm signal according to an operating state of an operating machine by using a vibration of the operating machine. CONSTITUTION: A vibration sense portion is installed at a rotary shaft of an operating machine for sensing vibrations of an operational machine, a mold, and an instrument in order to generate a vibration level signal. A control portion receives the vibration sense signal. An operating state sense portion is used for outputting an operating state signal according to an operating state of the operating machine as a signal. The control portion is used for comparing the operating state signal of the operating state sense portion with the vibration level signal of the vibration sense portion or a conversion signal of the vibration level signal and generating an alarm signal according to the compared result.
